Head of Property and Facilities

Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 per annum, (dependent on experience)
Are you an experienced facilities and building management professional looking for an exciting new challenge?
An opportunity has arisen for a full time Head of Property and Facilities to join and manage our facilities team. You will have understanding of property including leases, dilapidations and service charges, combined with excellent communication skills and customer service.
The role is responsible for managing and developing The Forum to the high standard expected of an iconic building, including managing procurement contracts, rent reviews, lease variations and new lease negotiations, as well as Health and Safety on site. We are looking for someone to be an active member of The Forum Trust Management team, to help lead the strategic development of the Trust.
You will have experience of managing a leasehold estate and facilities teams, along with a drive to secure sustainable improvements and turn high aspirations into reality.
