Makers' Month is a creative and inspiring annual event, organised and hosted by The Forum, with free exhibitions, demonstrations and activities for all ages and abilities. We’re looking for local makers who are keen to share their skills and help people learn something new. The programme for 2018 is taking shape and if you would like to be involved email Jayne.Evans@theforumnorwich.co.uk.
The 2017 event included some of Norfolk’s friendliest knitters, stitchers, weavers, sketchers, spinners, printers, embroiderers, painters and quilters. Together they created a unique event, packed with free taster activities, inspiring exhibitions and bookable workshops. In 2018 we’ve booked in some local stone masons, wood carvers, sheep shearers and sugar crafters, as well as a programme of talks from some special guests.
Details of 2018’s event will be on The Forum’s website by November.
