An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time payroll & accounts assistant, reporting to the Head of Finance, to join our team.
You will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for up to 65 employees and conversant with payroll packages and HMRCE reporting requirements. Knowledge of SSP, SPP, SAP and SMP reporting regulations is desirable. You will work as part of a team assisting with the day to day finance functions of The Forum Trust and its trading subsidiary; including sales and purchase ledger maintenance, invoice coding, ad hoc reporting and analysis. You will also assist the team in the main non-monthly tasks of budgeting, statutory reporting, and year end accounts production.
You will have completed/be studying AAT or hold an equivalent payroll qualification and have experience within an all-round payroll and accounts role. Strong IT skills including Excel are essential.
