    Marketing & Admin Assistant

    Temporary, part-time, 22.5 hours, 3 days per week.

    Salary: c.£18-20,000 per annum, pro rata

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Admin Assistant to join our Marketing and Communications Team on a short term temporary contract until 31 October 2019.

    Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager you will assist with all aspects of marketing, PR and admin for The Forum, and provide support for our programme of events, including Heritage Open Days and Norwich Science Festival.

    You will be an efficient and organised individual, ideally with experience in a busy marketing and comms or events environment, and should possess a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. In addition, you must be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative in a fast moving environment, with excellent attention to detail.

    The Forum is an independent charity which manages the iconic Forum building in Norwich. With a broad project purpose, the Forum delivers and supports a programme of events and activities year-round, including Heritage Open Days. We aim to ensure The Forum remains a vibrant and inspiring place, and an asset which benefits the whole community.
