Immerse yourself in the heartfelt expressions of children aged 9 to 15 from Gaza in their illustrated poems.
The Hands Up Project, a charity trust, has published a beautiful book containing 60 poems and this exhibition displays some of these literary pieces of treasure.
A special pre-book launch event will take place on Sunday 24 March at 2pm in The Gallery. Meet the founder of The Hands Up Project, Nick Bilborough, who will showcase the charity's work happening right now in Gaza. There will be a livestream to children in the West Bank, demonstrating how The Hands Up Project creatively engages with children to help improve their English language skills. At the launch Palestinian products will be available and the chance to buy copies of Moon, Tell me Truth.
