This ever-popular annual event returns this year on Sunday 21 May.

Starting outside The Forum and finishing at Norwich Lower School, the ride features regular refreshment stops, route signage, ride marshals and support from professional cycle mechanics and first aiders.

The three routes offer riders some of the most attractive cycling countryside in the UK (naturally!): from the city to the sea, and points between.

Come along on the Sunday 21 May and dip your toes in the briny at Cromer, visit famous Norfolk landmarks like Blickling Hall and Horsey Mill Windpump, and enjoy the fun of a ferry crossing at Horning; there’ll be something to please, whichever of the three routes you choose - along with the good company of fellow cyclists.

This year’s ride also offers the opportunity to raise sponsorship for charity partners the BHF, Norfolk Wildlife Trust, Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Charity and The Big C.
