Norwich Book Festival returns 24-31 October 2025 with a celebration of stories for all kinds of readers!

This city-wide festival brings together readers, writers, bookshops, literary organisations, and other key Norwich institutions to celebrate stories of all kinds. Discover award-winning writers, gripping storytelling, illuminating explorations of history and feats of imagination.

Norwich Book Festival has been created by The Forum with key partners National Centre for Writing, Norfolk Libraries and University of East Anglia as well as booksellers including Waterstones, independents Jarrolds, Book Hive and Bookbugs & Dragon Tales, and with the support of Norwich School and Norwich BID amongst others.
