Norwich Business Improvement District (BID) is a not-for-profit organization, working to position Norwich as one of Britain's leading cities. Funded and overseen by local businesses, the BID team create goals and projects designed to improve the trading environment of a defined area of the city, and make Norwich a fantastic place to live, work and visit.

The BID's work is split into three main areas of focus: VisitNorwich, Experience Norwich and Invest Norwich.
