With our flexible spaces, high footfall, and affordable pricing, The Forum is the perfect setting for your event. Our landmark building is here for everyone, with an expert venue hire team to make your event a success.

The Forum is an award-winning public building, open 363 days a year and visited by 1.8 million people a year.

We offer individual room hire for AGMs, private meetings, trainings, conferences and more. Our spacious Atrium and outdoor spaces are perfect for performances, markets, fairs, festivals, and exhibitions. As well as this, we have 120 seater auditorium (designed for live-streaming and presentations) and a contemporary gallery space with a full lighting rig.

With catering available, excellent transport links, an on-site car park, AV options, and much more, we can help you design your event with a bespoke package that gives you everything you need.

By choosing The Forum you will also be supporting a local charity. We use our income to protect and maintain our flagship building, and to put on our free programme of festivals, events, and community projects.

Venue hire price list

Our pricing is simple and transparent with a standard rate and a not-for-profit rate. Our prices include AV, equipment such as tables and display boards, and their set-up.
