It's perfect for popping into the city for shopping, a meal out, a trip to Norwich Market, or to catch a performance at Norwich Theatre Royal. We have four EV Charging Spaces on -2, next to our Blue Badge spaces. The EV charging speed is a min 11kWh / max 22kWh. If you have a hybrid, or another car which has reduced capacity, it will charge at the rate your car will expect.
Payment will be taken at the EV Charging points, by card or mobile wallet. A pending payment will be held on your bank account, then you will be charged for only what you have used.
Parking charges will still apply in addition to any EV charging costs.
There is a £40 penalty charge for cars left after the car park is locked at midnight.

We're going ticketless! When you arrive at The Forum car park wait for the barrier to rise, drive through and park. When you are ready to leave, go to one of our pay machines to enter your registration and pay, then drive to the exit where the barriers will raise automatically.
Pay-on-foot machines which accept cash and cards (including contactless) can be found on Level -1, Level -2 and Level -3
Lost tickets will be charged from earliest possible time of entry (generally 7am).
Our helpful customer services team are available throughout the Car Park opening hours. If you need any help, you can find them inside the building on the ground floor, to the right when facing the library. You can also contact them via pressing the intercom button on the pay machine, or by phoning 01603 727967.

Our convenient location means you're just a short walk from everything Norwich has to offer; from Norwich Castle to Norwich Cathedral. It's easy to get to John Lewis, Vue cinema, Chantry Place, Castle Quarter and many other attractions from The Forum. Plus it's the best place to park for Pizza Express, the Norfolk & Norwich Millennium Library and St Peter Mancroft.
The car park offers cash/card pay-on-foot machines and we have a special evening offer, perfect for trips to restaurants or to the theatre.
Within the building we also have a lift, which allows access to all the parking levels.
The Forum car park has been awarded a Disabled Parking Accreditation. Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the police.
