It is the most convenient for visiting Pizza Express, Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library and a short walk away from John Lewis, Vue cinema, Chantry Place and Castle Quarter.
The Car park is Covid Secure with contactless payment available at entry/exit (see details below) as well as cash/card pay-on-foot machines.

There is no overnight parking - £30 penalty charge for cars left after the car park is locked at midnight.

What is Tap+Go?
Our new payment system allows entry and exit from the car park simply by using
your mobile device (Apple Pay, Google Pay etc) or contactless bank card.
There is no need to visit the pay-on-foot machine before you leave. Simply Tap+Go at entry and exit.
The system is completely secure and payment will be taken from the card holder after your visit. Tap+Go accepts Mastercard or Visa credit and debit cards.
Lost ticket fee
Lost tickets will be charged from earliest possible time of entry (generally 7am).

The Forum car park has been awarded a Disabled Parking Accreditation. Park Mark®, is awarded to parking facilities that have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the police.
The Forum is managed by the Forum Trust an independent, self-financing charity. Income raised from our car park helps to support our programme of FREE year-round events and look after The Forum building.
