Your personal data will be held and processed on The Forum Trust Ltd’s systems. Our Websites and our computer systems have security measures in place with the aim of protecting the loss, misuse or alteration of the information Users provide to us.
There may be certain times we need to pass your data on to third party companies, these include the following cases:
To fulfil transactions for ticketed events held at or organised by The Forum, including supplying guest lists to partner venues. Our ticket suppliers include Eventbrite and Ticketsolve
To analyse ticket booking data. We use the Audience Agency who deliver a fully anonymised ticket analysis report as part of their Audience Answers service.
To manage and fulfil delivery of e-newsletters. Our e-newsletter supplier is Mailchimp.
To gather and process data from survey and feedback forms for specific events held at The Forum. We use SurveyMonkey to create and manage surveys.
To any third party where you’ve given your consent
We may need to disclose your details if required to the police, regulatory bodies or legal advisors.
We also ensure that any third party we use has confirmed that they have adequate security measures in place, and that they comply with the GDPR regulations.
We are committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults and do all we can to ensure that all are safe.
When we require details of children under 16, we will ask for the consent of a parent/guardian to provide such information. As with all the personal information we hold, sensitive information is held securely and restricted to those who need to use it. We will delete information when we no longer need it.

The right to request a copy of personal information held about you (which we will provide within one month of the date of request, free of charge, unless the request is repetitive, unfounded or excessive)

The Forum Trust operates CCTV in and around our buildings for the safety of visitors, tenants, and staff and for preventing and investigating crime. We routinely delete footage after 30 days although we may retain footage for a longer period if, for example, it is relevant to an investigation. There is signage around the building advising that CCTV is in use. Individuals have the right to request access to information about them and there is a process in place to request that information by contacting the Forum Trust at [email protected]
The Forum Trust operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) entry system in our car park provided by Skidata.
