FAQs

  • Visitor toilets can be found in the Atrium, on the far left-hand side. Pizza Express and Cafe Bar Marzano also have customer toilets.

    Baby changing facilities are available, as well as a Changing Places Toilet.

  • A touchless water refill point is available in the Atrium near to the public toilets. Cafe Bar Marzano also offers a free water refill service.

  • Guide and assistance dogs are welcome inside The Forum, including assistance dogs in training.

    The nearest toileting area for guide and assistance dogs is Chapelfield Gardens, 0.2 miles from the building.

    Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request at the Customer Services Desk.

  • The Forum has a multi-story underground car park with 209 spaces offering convenient access for your event and Norwich city centre. Normal car parking charges apply. Click here for full information about the car park and charges.

  • There are no lockers or left luggage facilities at The Forum.

  • Smoking is prohibited within the Forum and near entrances to the building.

  • A meeting point is located next to the Customer Services desk at the rear, right hand corner of the Atrium.

  • Public WiFi is available throughout the building.

    Currently the following networks are available:

    • Library WiFi - for library users (library card required)
    • Pizza Express/Cafe Bar Marzano
    • The Forum Public Wifi
  • The Forum Trust operates CCTV in and around our buildings for the safety of visitors, tenants, and staff and for preventing and investigating crime. We routinely delete footage after 30 days although we may retain footage for a longer period if, for example, it is relevant to an investigation.

    There is signage around the building advising that CCTV is in use. Individuals have the right to request access to information about them and there is a process in place to request that information by contacting the Forum Trust at [email protected]
