Abseil for Finnbar's Force 2026

The Finnbar’s Force Abseil 2026 gives you the chance to take on one of Norwich’s best-known buildings in one-hour slots throughout the day, from 9am to 4.30pm. Whether you’re a born thrill-seeker or someone who’s never been entirely comfortable with heights, this is a challenge that’s equal parts nerve-wracking and brilliant — and you’ll have a team of experienced professionals guiding you every step (and descent) of the way. You’ll be in great company. Abseiling down The Forum is a proper Norwich tradition, and it’s the kind of event where strangers cheer each other on and everyone finishes with a grin they can’t quite explain.

Your £20 registration fee secures your slot, and participants are required to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship. Every penny goes to Finnbar’s Force, supporting families facing childhood cancer.

All participants will receive a certificate and a badge to celebrate their achievement!
