October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and Keeping Abreast Volunteers will be on hand to talk about breast cancer and reconstruction and how they can support people.
Besides useful information, there will also be the chance to buy tickets for the Big Pink Raffle which includes all sorts of fantastic prizes, from an overnight stay at Barley Barn in Norfolk for up to nine people to a 55-inch UltraHD flat screen TV. There will also be a wonderful craft stall selling everything from tote bags and tea towels to fabric chickens! Profits from the raffle and all proceeds from the craft stall will go to the charity.
