Norfolk and Waveney Mind are back to light up the streets of Norwich for World Mental Health Day 2026! Take on the 5km walk around central Norwich, passing some of the city’s iconic landmarks and ending with a vibrant silent disco in The Atrium at The Forum.
Support your local mental health charity by raising funds for vital mental health services in Norfolk and Waveney. Join us from 4pm in Chapelfield Gardens with the Night Walk starting in waves from 6.30pm and finishing at The Forum 7.30pm - 8pm
