The Forum has been designed and operates with accessibility in mind for all. Our flexible and modern facilities are suitable for intimate receptions to large-scale public engagements events. Our Atrium and outside spaces can be booked as a whole or in part, making them a highly cost effective option. The View, The Auditorium and The Gallery are bookable by the hour, offering flexibility and affordability.
Our dedicated Venue Hire team have a wealth of experience and will work with you to ensure your event is a success – from developing a floor plan, through to event delivery.
Our pricing is simple and transparent with a full rate and a not-for-profit rate. Our prices also include AV, equipment such as tables and display boards, and their set-up. Take a look at our price list.
The Forum has a dedicated onsite 209 space underground car park for visitors and event delegates, cycle parking and is close to public transport links.
All events benefit from marketing support with free listing on our What's On.
Additional paid-for marketing opportunities are available on our network of in-house digital advertising displays. These offer an affordable and high impact way to advertise your event to 35,000 people per week
