Join us throughout December to see the glorious Forum Christmas tree, kindly supplied by Salle Farms. We think it’s the largest public tree in the city, so why not come and see it for yourself, and start the festive season off strong by coming to see our dazzling Christmas tree in the centre of The Forum from Thursday 5 December.
Experience the festive cheer by visiting our Christmas tree and make sure to take a lot of sELFies! There will be many photo opportunities to capture your family and friends' joy and laughter, celebrating the beginning of Christmas.
Salle Farm will also be joining us at The Forum on Saturday 16 November, so come and see the magical exhibition and a chance to pre-book your very own Christmas tree in time for the holiday.
Salle also invites you to their Christmas Tree Shop Opening from 23 November where you can get into the festive spirit by choosing your very own locally grown Christmas tree. Whether it is a tree for inside your home or a larger tree to display outside, they have it all! When you buy a tree from Salle Farm you are supporting a local business that sell high quality, locally grown trees. Grown less than half a mile away from their shop and cut down less than a week before buying it. Salle Farm is open 9am to 5pm every day between 23 November and Christmas Eve.
The festive fun still isn’t over, as alongside selling their beautiful Christmas trees, Salle presents the Christmas Craft Fayre on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 of December at Salle Park. Support your local craft sellers, stroll around the variety of stalls, and buy unique Christmas gifts for your family and friends.
Christmas is about giving back, and supporting those we care about most, that’s why there will be charity collections around our Christmas tree at The Forum. Salle Farms have kindly selected the charities, so all donations received will go towards supporting the brilliant, You Are Not Alone (YANA: You Are Not Alone – Rural Mental Health Support) and East Anglian Air Ambulance (East Anglian Air Ambulance - Saving lives across East Anglia).
Luke Abendroth, Corporate Fundraising Lead from East Anglian Air Ambulance, says:
“Thank you to The Forum, Norwich and Salle Farm for choosing to support East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) through the beautiful Christmas Tree at The Forum.
EAAA operates 24/7 by air and road across the region. From bases in Norwich and Cambridge, we are tasked, on average, eight times a day to medical emergencies across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. The charity receives no regular government funding and relies almost entirely on the kindness and generosity of local people to deliver and develop our life-saving service.”
Come and show your support this Christmas!
