Citizens Advice in Norwich are open daily for emergencies if you cannot access the service digitally.  

Norfolk Citizens Advice Bureau provide confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people's lives. 

Their goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. 

Norfolk Citizens Advice is an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales. 


Advice appointments 
Appointments are for queries that are complex, urgent or around specialist issues (debt, money, housing, welfare benefits or legal), or for clients requiring additional help. 

These are given only after an assessment via Adviceline or the triage service.
