A celebration of creative arts and wellbeing hosted by a new group from The Garage, Norwich.
A Creative Arts Exhibition and Wellbeing Marketplace, created by The Garage's Creative Wellbeing Group. A free day-long drop-in event, with an art exhibition, creative demos, workshops, space for conversations, as well as wellbeing walks at 11am & 1pm.
It's a sharing event of creative activities that improve mental health and wellbeing. This event includes a wellbeing marketplace, with a collection of creative or wellbeing/mental health support providers or organisations, who will signpost to their services, workshops or projects.
