The great estate is an original community theatre show about the pioneering mile cross  - the first large purpose-built housing estate in the country; The people, the power and the political will that built it. Full of great songs, comedy and documentary fact this is a free show for everyone. 

With ten show dates in eight Norwich locations, and a cast and choir of more than 70, The Common Lot can't wait to tell the story of 100 years of Mile Cross.

They promise songs, terrible jokes, enthusiastic performance and a message that is more relevant today than ever.

The performance will start at 7pm, running time 1hr approx. Followed by a Q&A about housing - one of the most important and pressing issues of our time, from 8.10pm.
